Eight reasons why you need SecurSearch for Lotus Domino eDiscovery

Reason 1: Easily build search criteria using the intuitive SecurSearch Formula Composer.
Available search criteria includes:
1) Search by Date
2) Search by People (From/To/CC/BCC)
3) Search by Mail Property (Importance/Delivery Priority/Forwarded or Replied/Encrypted/With attachment/Return Receipt/Prevent Copying)
4) Search by keyword(s) in the e-mail subject or body.
The Formula Composer allows you to use just one search criteria type or for more accurate and granular results, take advantage of using multiple search criteria options combined together with the use of AND, OR operators.
Reason 2: Easily perform searches simultaneously across multiple mail databases and servers.
Summary results will be shown as depicted below. The Search Results Summary gives you a preview snapshot of the effectiveness of the search criteria before the results are actually downloaded to SecurSearch.
Search Tips:
- If you are going to be performing searches across a slow WAN/LAN, SecurSearch has a built-in feature where the Domino Server can perform the actual search instead of the workstation that is running SecurSearch.
- If you do not have rights to open a user's mail database that has been included as part of the search, simply leverage your existing Domino "Full Access Administrator" rights to open those mail database files. If you do not have Domino "Full Access Administrator "privileges as configured in the Domino Server document security settings, selecting this option will not yield results.

Reason 3: Search results can be displayed by database/folder/server(s). Since results are merged into a single view, getting access to detailed information about each result is seamless.
Reason 4: Without having to perform a new search, you can sort existing search results quickly by using the SecurSearch built-in sorting mechanisms as depicted below:
Reason 5: Make use of the powerful built-in Filters within SecurSearch to drill down into the search results in order to narrow your focus to relevant results and to filter out other unrelated information.
Reason 6: Using the powerful export feature of SecurSearch, you can very easily export all desired summary search results into a spreadsheet or you can export targeted e-mail documents into a Lotus Notes database for further review and/or analysis.
Reason 7: Save a Snaphot of existing search results so that you can readily load the results for review at a later time without having to perform a new search.
