    Extracomm now offering a Remote Technical Support tool

    As an added value to our customers, Extracomm has now introduced a remote Technical Support tool that allows our support team to connect remotely to your environment in order to troubleshoot any technical issues more effectively or simply to demonstrate a particular product feature that you may not be totally familiar with.

    The new tool can be downloaded from our web site when required by accessing the Support menu.
